Classes are run on a Week 1 and Week 2 schedule.

Q: Can I change my learning preference from virtual to in-person (or in-person to virtual)? 

A: Unfortunately, we cannot change learning preferences at this time. We provided families an opportunity in the Spring to select the learning preference for their child(ren), in addition to a second opportunity to change this in August. Should the public health situation drastically change, if vaccinations are approved for those under 12 years of age or should the Ministry of Education provide further resources or guidance, we may at that point in time, be able to honour changes to learning preference requests. This information would be communicated to all families. Please know that we will do everything within our purview to ensure that your child(ren) are supported in the learning environment you have selected for them. 

Q: Can I change a course?

A: You can put in a request to change a course. Each student was invited to a Guidance Google Classroom by Grade and in that classroom you will find a form to request a course change. The Guidance department will reach out to you to discuss the change.
