Tuesday, September 2nd is Grade 9 Day for Grade 9 students

Regularly scheduled classes will resume for all grades (9-12) on Wednesday September 3rd @ 9:30am

 

Additional Important Information:

  • Picture Day for all Students is Thursday, September 4th.

  • Students will be able to request lockers starting on September 8th through a fillable Google form. Detailed information will be provided to students during the first week of classes. Students are required to bring a Dudley style lock and the combination must be provided to the office. 

  • Food service will begin on Wednesday, September 3rd.

  • Student timetables will be visible on the Parent Portal on August 27th at 5 pm, in order to access the timetable the Student Verification form must be completed. The board will send out information on this form to caregivers on August 26th.

  • We understand that our Sinclair families may be wishing to arrange travel plans over this school year.  Please do not book travel plans during the January or June Summative Days as we will not be able to accommodate missed summative projects or exams.  Our Summative Days are January 21st to 27th and June 17th to 23rd. Note that Grade 12 summatives will be scheduled from June 15th to 23rd.

  • Parking and student drop-off/pick-up is located at the North of the School and is most easily accessed through the entrance on Anderson, north of Taunton.  Please see the attached map for entrance and exit ways.

  • All information for student bussing (ie, pick-up and drop-off times), can be found at https://www.dsts.on.ca/
